Dance is an excellent form of aerobic exercise for our members, while they develop social skills through interaction with others. Dance increases flexibility, agility and co-ordination and leads to improved posture and balance. It helps focus the mind as routines are repeated.
Through our dance classes, children develop a positive attitude to exercise in a fun environment.
There are many opportunities for performance through concerts and our end of year production.
Dance is available to all members from age four upwards.
Classes take place each Thursday in the Charleville Centre, Tullamore.
